Improving Movement of Big Unit Groups

As many have noted the individual cycling of large # of units is not only tiresome with repetitive cycling it also takes a lot of time.

What about taking a page out of Paradox's book and allowing for some sort of AI movement for players. Basically select a group of units and then assign a destination. No endless unit cycling. i.e. go thru 20 units - move them, then cycle through half of them again that have remaining units.
