I am sorry I do not have the time to find the right thread or threads, or even forum. I am starting to get a little frustrated with a few specific game-start and in-game flaws (plus others I failed to write down) and I was hoping to find out when they would be addressed or where I could mention them.
(BTW, these are in order from most frustrating to least.)
Custom Game Settings - When will I be able to back to the custom game settings and find all those setting I last used still set? Although, it is nice to change setting once in a while, I like to play the same settings over and over. (OCD...I know.)
Technology Tree - When will I be able to go to the technology tree and actually see lines which match the actual relationship between technologies? Also, when will I _always_ see those technologies I have already researched change color? (Plus, is there any plan to have a third color for those technologies I researched first?)
Space Race - It is really frustrating when the Romans finish their ship and you had no clue they were even close. The victory page only shows yours and one other's progress. It is a little lame that the Space Race tab only shows a generic ship and no indication of everone's progress. Is this ever going to improve? I tend to turn off Space Race because of it.
Civilipedia and Pop-ups - I know I should have wrote specifics down but I did pick up on descrepancies. Is there effort to clean the Civilipedia and Pop-up info? Beyond the errors or missing information, there is the clarity. For example, the difference between the Academy and the Pentagon is not clear. When built I am seeing the Pentagon improve experience in units built in all cities while the Academy improves only those built in its own city. This difference is not clear when looking at the descriptions. This is just one example. If you have a thread for this, let me know.
Technology Trading - In the diplomacy pages, the technologies available from others is clear, but which technologies of your each wants is not. It is a little emparassing to start a Trade for a technology and find the civilization you are trading with has all the techs you have already. Any chance this will be improved?
Won't trade items - I may have missed it, but is there no way to change the status of Won't Trade items while in negotiation? If not, is there a plan to expand it?
I am done griping for now. I would appreciate any advice, info, or criticism.
Thanks,
Phil.
