In preparation for Civ V...

I've also been playing Civ IV in prep for Civ V... I even became a warmonger for the first time in a long time (usually I play for a peaceful cultural victory), but this time I was Julius Ceasar and beelined to the Legions and took over Europe, Africa, the Middle East, India, and Part of Russia. At that point, I had so many cities to cycle through that I decided I'd stop conquering because it was taking way too long to do my turns. Still it was fun seeing over half the world population under my control. ;)

*I also accidentally destroyed a holy city for the first time... I didn't notice it until after razing the city. Mansa really didn't like me b/c of that. ;)

I was really excited for Civ 5 and decided to play Civ 4 yesterday as well... I have to admit I got tired of it after a few hours and I'm not as excited about Civ 5 now... I know I'll snap out of that as soon as I pop Civ 5 in my cd tray!

I don't worry about outdated games. I still play Civ 3 from time to time while Civ 4 is installed on my laptop. It's like playing different mods for me.
