I admit his plan was brillant but still a world wide revolution especially in Greece or Germany (Poland) where economies are doing well would find little support. I mean unless the situation is terrible governments usually do not change overnight but I understand sheep has been planning this for a while but still it is very unlikely but possible.

The Anti-Committern Axis is to blame for the course of events over the month that is being dubbed Red October. Ever since the signing of this treaty, that didnt even try and disguise its hostile intent towards the Committern (look at their name!), the world has continually marched to war. The Committern stood for peace and prosperity for all peoples, regardless of race, sex, age or relgion a dream that was crushed by the actions of the Axis
We could of had this idylic paradise for the people of the world, however the Anti-Committern powers led by the nefarious Germany would not have it. They supported the warmongering of the reactionary facist regime in the United States in their attempt to conquer, not one but THREE of their neigbours! They supported the military takeover of Cuba and they continue to try and deny the French people their justice.
These transgressions against the people of the Committern can no longer be ignored. Germany's continued insistence on dictating policy to the Soviet Union can no longer be tolerated. German lies about non-intervention in North America (for which we proclaim they have paid a heavy price for!) will cease!
Peace however is still attainable and we will strive towards this goal, however this will be a peace not on the terms of the Axis. To this meassure we recognise the indepdence of the Yucatan, the new nations in South America, Georgia, Finland, Poland and Yugoslavia.
We recognise and welcome the change in governments in Indochina, Ireland, Canada, China and Calfornia.
