Formal German Declartion Regarding American Conflict
A good ally of the Axis and the German nation has been engaged in a bitter conflict with its neighbors. The conflict was inevitable as the division of the American nation was not reponsible as seen with the Texans and CSA along with this war. It was a temporary solution and it is beginning to fall apart at its seams.
Germany urges all parties to negiotate pre-war borders or a white peace. Germany will come the aide of its ally if they find themselves unable to negiotate a peace or a fair peace.
If other powers denounce this which many will inevitably will such as the USER we will just ignore the statement. The USER supported a vicous civil war which could have been adverted if cooler head prevailed. We see our support of the USA in a similar fashion. Of course there are differences between the conflicts but similarities remain mainly that we both are supporting our allies.

We forgot to mention Germany urges a more permanent solution to the American problem. Our nation is willing to listen to more viable solutions but we will reject anything that leads to further division and resentment.

Good question. Allies, yes, but puppet? A much better argument can be made that England is the USER's puppet, as they experienced a bizarre revolution to communism and pretty much rely on the support of the USER. Thats not to say that its a puppet, just very dependent. Cuba and USSR in OTL would be an appropriate analogy, in my opinion.

North America has been plagued by improper divisions and separations of groups for years. Our war with Texas was an act to reunify two peoples separated. The United States fights to reunite itself with its brothers. We see no error in this war, and we hope for eventual US victory over the illegitamate governments of New England and California. We also hope that the United States will recognize Canadian independance and allow the return of Vancouver and Toronto to Canadian authorities.

But the agreement was actually that we would act, as if my last-turn's operation to land in North-Eastern-Colombia (which you forgot about), was carried out.
This turn my troops landed in North-Western-Colombia. This was an entirely new operation.

If you continue to supply the Californian, Canadian or New England governments with weapons the German navy will ensure no supplies get through to New England and this will result in our direct intervention in the war.
Do you not call us arrogant. The situtation for both our governments is vastly different in North America and we demand a proper explanation for your interference there. Your nation has no right to be in North America and it interfering in a war where it has no connections.
All equipment that the USA has gotten from us must be payed back following the war and all technology was exchanged making fair deals. It is no different then you and England making technology trades, is it?

I sense a World War brewing. Hopefully, Spain will be out of it.
The German government just finds it hyprocritical that the USER says its for peace but is providing governments weapons of war. We also find it hypocritical of the USER for denouncing our alliance with a Fascist nation then turns around and starts providing a dictatorship with assistance. Most of their remarks have been against fascists and yet they assist one?
Germany invites the New England, California, Canada, and the USA to Berlin to negiotate a cease fire and a more lasting peace in America. If the other parties refuse to attend we will take it as an action of aggression against our alliance and intervene.
And New England we would not have to declare war on those nations because they have shown no hyproicracy in their diplomacy.
