People on gaming forums are going to be male (I can name three exceptions off the top of my head for Civfanatics, five years after joining). But a lot of people posting here have female avatars. Since this is a thread about avatars and user titles, it implies that this is a deliberate and calculated choice.

I don't think I've ever had a male avatar anywhere. But I'm trying to commission a friend of a friend to stylize a picture of myself and I'll use that if it goes through.

It was my ponysona, who is therefore male. But its glorious mane made it somewhat ambiguous. I may have had Rainbow Dash, but I honestly cannot remember that so I assume not. Wait I remember now. So I have used one female avatar.
