Incas able to work Mountain tile?!

After one of my neighboring cities built the Machu Pichu, my capital was able to work 2 mountain squares. They only give 1 food, 1 hammer, 1 gold- but still. Anyone seen this before? Was going to include the screenshot, but lost it.

Could be because of Petra. Do u have Petra in your city?

Definitely petra if its 1food/gold/production.

Do you mean work as in you can selectively place a citizen on those tiles? or just that the city automatically works them without you being able to select/deselect the citizens?

Sounds like you built Petra in that city. For some bizarre reason, Petra also gives its bonus to Mountain tiles (including Natural Wonders).

The thing about Petra is that it gives the bonus to any Desert tile, they moutnains happen to be placed on top of a Desert Tile because it isn't a Floodplain.
