In January, we have the highly anticipated "Balance Summit" Congress.
This is hosted by me, but the bubbling cauldron of public debate is supervised by the three MAGI:
@Stalker0, @ichris22, and one lucky member of the Populi whose Vox we are seeking.

The Vox Populi Congress is a formal system to propose changes to the mod which will be run throughout the year. It began on October 1, 2022.

VP Congress Phases
Anyone who wishes to propose a change to the mod (even if they're just a player and not a coder!) can go through the following process. There are four VP Congress Sessions annually.

The months of January, April, July and October are Proposal Months. This is the only time where new proposals may be made in the VP Congress subforum. During these months, the schedule is as follows:

In this thread, please offer your candidacy.
It might be good to write, in 299 characters or fewer, why you would be a good fit for the position.
I, Hokath, will make the appointment later this month based on considered analysis, astrological phenomena, and quantitative factors related to mulled wine consumption.

Finally finished my masters and have free time now for such an endeavor, and I know a thing or two about the mod in general, its balance, and how the congress works.

Sure I'll apply for this. I'm the guy who made steam guides for every civ in Vox Populi. I've been playing the mod since at least 2019, and have over 2000 hours in civ v with about half of them being VP. I'm not an expert on congress rules but I'm sure I can learn and apply them quickly as Magi.

I've decided to appoint @L. Vern as I believe his expert knowledge of the DLL will be important for the MAGI to fulfil their function to the greatest extent.
