Increased yields from buildings?!?

I noticed in my game today that the yields of buildings are way off. libraries, markets, amphitheaters etc. give +6 of what the related yield type. Universities, banks and museum +8. Barracks and shrines, however, work as intended. I don't use any mods nor do I have one installed and deactivated. I'm not using the most recent version, but the most recent mac version (so "vanilla" R&F). I shouldn't get any bonus since I'm playing as Cleo and I'm not using any of the cards that increase building yields. In the city screen, I can see that the buildings really give that much and it is also correctly given each turn.

What did I miss?

I am seeing the same thing
edit: some data
before placing district: 456.1
after placement: 461.9, stated adjacency bonus +10 (using double commercial adjacency card), actually getting +5.8
after buying market: 472.9, stated bonus of +10 but I get +11.9

Yep city states, great people and policies will increase the yields of specific building.

The +x from great people abilities isn't showing up in the yield preview and I don't know where the fractional values are coming from. It also appears it is necessary to swap out the adjacency multiplier cards before they will take affect on districts constructed after adopting them.

Unfortunately the yields don't reflect bonus from states and GP AFAIK.

Ah, thanks! Of course! Was it always displayed like that or is it new in R&F? I might remember it wrong, but I thought that was previously displayed as yield from city states.

The bonuses from.city states used to be from districts rather than buildings.

Yep, now the tier 2 and 3 bonuses from each city-state require the relevant district to have the tier 1 and 2 buildings, respectively. So the extra yields are displayed under the buildings, not the district itself as before.
