Infinite Loading On Turn One

I am editing a mod scenario that runs like normal with settlers workers and a randomized map.

Except that on turn one after every one plants their cities I am left with an infinite loading screen saying, "Please wait..."

Any idea how to fix this?

UPDATE:

So I identified that by playing as every Civ, when one specific civ builds its first city the game crashes.

Hi, do all civs have a starting battle unit that is available ?

Like the starting warrior? No

Otherwise they can build a starting battle unit right from the get go.

To fix this I go to scenario properties, custom player data and assign starting battle units?

Add a starting battle unit and look if it crashes.

Where is that option is in the Conquest Editor?

It does not need to be added as starting unit but it has to be available to be built when city is settled.

There is units already available when the city is settled and it still crashes

Do all civs have a starting battle unit available to be produced from the first city, that doesnt require a resource or a tech to research ?

Could it be that of the starting battle units has the flag box checked?

What flag box ?

There is a box on unit properties that ask if the unit is a flag

Try with a warrior unit being available at the start for all civs and see if it crashes.

Nope the game still crashes with the one specific civ when you tell the settler to plant city when they can still build a warrior

How you mean, can build a warrior when city is not yet planted ?

Every other civ can build the warrior but this one civ crashes before you get to build anything on the first city.

Dont know, check all settings for that civ if you find something different
