Informs me that 3.19 is available yet I already have it installed

I have version 3.17 of BtS and when I click multiplayer It asks me for an update. When the update is installed however it still asks me to download the patch, yet it is already installed. Is there any way to solve this. It still says I have 3.17 in the Build options

3.19 is the latest patch and unfortunatley the in-game update rarely applies the patch even though it tells you it has. Download the patch outside of the game (eg: from the downloads on this site) then install it by clicking on the patch .exe. If you have vista or W7 don't just double click to run, right click on the .exe and choose run as administrator.
