I suppose this is some kind of steam related crash so I registered i ticket with steam but since I haven't got any answer I might also ask here if anyone have encountered this problem and maybe have a solution.
In about every other session with the game since I got BNW it freezes on me and all I can do is restart the computer. After restart there is an error message from the game about "This game needs steam". - Screenshot of the full error message attached.
I'm on a mac OSX 10.8.4.
So far I've made the following observations:
- This never happened before BNW
- It has happened a couple of times when browsing the tech tree, once when comparing available trade routes.
- It also happens when I tun steam in offline mode.
If I hear something from steam support I'll post it. Many thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to share any similar experiences and/or tips.
