Anyway: you posted in a couple of threads and I am unsure what you did and what the problem is exactly. Could you post some more information on the problem. What installation (BtS I assume?), did you patch? Do you have the retail version or a downloaded one, if downloaded from whom (e.g. Steam, Direct2Drive). What Vanilla version do you have?

I bouht it at target and insttalled the patch.
