Help! I've tried downloading it twice already, but it keeps giving me this error:

An error has occurred while trying to read the source file: "C:\Users\Eric\AppData\Roaming\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Mods\Fall from Heaven 2 034\*" does not exist.

And it gives me three choices:
Abort Retry Ignore

If I choose "Ignore" it finishes the dl and starts-up FF (I don't think it's an application like FfH2)
While it's loading it gives me Error messages like:

Failed loading XML file xml\BasicInfos/Civ4AlignmentInfos.xml.

if I click "ok" it just pops up the next error message. :aargh:

It looks like you don't have FfH 034 Installed wich is needed for FF to install since there is not yet a FF for the latest FfH Version.
You can delete FfH 034 after the FF installation though since it copies the files from there.

The current FFH2 is .40, a new FF that's compatible with .40 hasn't been released yet, so ideally you need the old FFH2 .34 to play FF correctly. Unfortunately .34 is no longer available since the release of .40 (that I know of?).

If you don't have access to FFH2 .34, you can copy your "Fall from Heaven 2" directory and rename it "Fall from Heaven 2 034" and it will let you install FF - not recommended, as it will create a few odd bugs, but at least it's playable until the new FF is ready. Of course if anyone knows a place to find the old FFH2 .34, it'd be a whole lot easier to use that.

Where does installer look for the mod version? In the registry? And what if I have no info about Civ in registry (I reinstalled Windows several times without reinstalling Civ) - is there any way to manually apply FF to FfH?

I think in the case that it can't find the original FfH2 install, you are still able to continue and it will drop all of it's own files into "\Mods\Fall Further 050" anyway. After that, you should be able to rename that directory, copy FfH2 and rename it to be Fall Further 050, then copy the contents of the original directory back over it.

Messy - but should do the trick.
