Installed, but not showing up

Well I'm not sure what i'm missing.
I downloaded and installed the 0.40 version http://forums.civfanatics.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1
and "Patch "e"". I'm seeing the Fall from Heaven folder under mods, but when i load BTS this is not showing up in the scenarios.

Any ideas?

It's a mod, not a scenario.

Which means it would/should show up under "beyond the sword content", no?
I'm not seeing it there.
