Hi, I have searched the forum for similar errors, and although I found a few posts, the fixes suggested have not fixed the issue. The error details are as follows:
Error Code: -5006 : 0x80070017
Error Information:

The computer is relatively new and should meet all system specs, so not listing those here. I have cleared my temp file folder and deleted the Installshield folder from program files/common files. Neither worked. It seems that I may have had an aborted installation in the past, as it says -
"Please make sure you have finished any previous setup and closed other applications"
I've closed as many applications as possible, and am unable to locate any files that might be a result of a previous setup. Any help is appreciated!
