Instructions for next TC

There will be 3 days until PF elections, and hopefully as soon as the elections turn out we can begin the next TC.

Please post AGREED UPON directions for the next TC and I will put them up here.
For more discussion, I would say it would be best to talk in the Last TC thread or the Babylonian war thread. Here they are:

)Position troops near NG and Edorai for Babylonian War.
)First Samurai unit trained in NG should be named Takeo Otori.

 

I think it's agreed on that NG and Edorai will be the main places of troop buildup.
