As you know, continued plotting, agression and name-calling by the Millitary Department has caused a civil war Science Department. To aid the science department against thier barbaric enemies, the IDA was established. Any government agency, citizen group or citizen may join if they can aid the war effort.

The Millitary Alliance (MA) has been formed between the Millitary Department and the Department of Trade. Delphi 'county' has declared independance and will most likely be used as a base for the development of new weapons.

The Culture Department is acting as a mediator between IDA and MA.

hey, Inter-Departemental was my idea, but strider just tacked on the Alliance part. And it shouldn't be just strider for the founder. it should be Him and me. It was our idea and evolve to others.

I will never prove such a thing. He might be my enemy, but I still have the highest respect for him. He lead are great nation through many wars.

Almighty.... These are the real stats for the demogame... of course they might be useful, but the deciders decide on how many forces each side gets.

edit: The forces of Heliopolis actually joined Falcon. There is an armor factory there as well.
