I'm not sure if this should go here or in the tech-weenie forum, but I'll try here first. I know that certain electronic devices are manufactured with slight variations in different geographical locations, i.e., a person cannot play a DVD made in North America in a DVD player manufactured in Europe (different "regions"). Is the same true for CDs? I'm going to be traveling to Europe, and while there will be using a European computer. I'd like to bring my and discs to play while I'm there. Would that work, or are the European versions different from the North American versions?
