Internet explorer problem

I had to take the computer to the store, and they fixed it, however now i am facing a strange explorer issue. Each time i scroll up or down the graphic keeps changing very slowly, as if i had a very slow connection and was playing a very demanding game. I keep seing the frames.

Note that this is not the case outside of the explorer, for example i can scroll up and down downloaded pics without this problem.

Anyone know how i can fix this? It seems to be some issue in the explorer properties, but i dont know what i should change.

After some checking it turns out that it is not an explorer issue. It is epxeriences everywhere. So it has to be a card properties issue i gather. Can anyone help? What should i change?

What GVBN said. I have the same issue before I install my GPU drivers.

I am computer illiterate, can you help me do that? How do i find out which card i have? And then i just search google for card^drivers?

If it's a laptop then you should install the driver from your laptop manufacturer's site. Just google your laptop's model
