Invalid map file

Hi everybody
this is my first post, so I hope I am posting in the right place.

Anyway I have a problem with mod and custom maps:
when I modify a working map and pack it in a mod (with ModBuddy) and I try then to use it like a mod (to get the starting positions to work) I can't load this map in the advanced setup because it always says it is an "invalid map file".

Others downloaded maps work, solong I don't modify them and repack them in a mod with ModBuddy.

Anyone has this problem too?
Anyone found a solution?
