its strange the cereal mill bonus is only giving 17, despite having approximately 50 corn, wheat, rice,

@phillip1882 3 years later and still reading. great post bud. On mod munde3 the best 18 civ one that I am currently hooked on. civ 4 bts. i was america. i did not specifically try anything but turn 2041 AD i had population 2,147,483,647 . i used sid sushi to do mine and invaded a bunch of civs. epic game speed. when you get so far ahead, you get lazy late game. i probably could have done better but each turn would last like 30 minutes giving orders to all the cities and units. i had 104,418,000 troops again, put cities on wealth at the end just so i did not have to cue up anything.
i play on noble difficulty and have a blast doing so.
