I'm considering going, the democrats on my campus are taking members for free, and technically I am a member though I've never gone to any meetings. Heh. So I'm thinking of going it would be pretty cool.

Anyone else planning on it?

I'll be in san diego when that's happening. Should be exciting.

I live in australia.

Ill be in the grassy knoll.

Where is your campus? Are the Democrats really bussing people in from Lithuania?
They must have one hell of a campaign fund surplus!

I'm going. Its actually a business trip...I'm reporting on the event for an Ohio newspaper. I'll prob give the link in fiftychat

I can't make it. I am with my Mexican step-parents in Fresno that whole weekend.

Since I live right next door to DC, it is quite likely that I will be going down to the Mall. The biggest question for me is what the weather will be like that day, and whether my brother-in-law who works for the FBI suggests that we should go to the mountains instead.

Ill be in the grassy knoll.

You’re not going to see much from Dallas.

I dearly wish I could go. I decided to write to my congressman too late, he was already not accepting any more requests...

I would have gone as an excuse to get out of school (live in Northern VA), but seeing that the county gave us that day off, I can just watch it on tv (staying warm inside if its cold) or not pay attention to it at all. So, I doubt I'll go.

You only need tickets to get into the close up seating. The rest of the Mall is open to anyone. No ticket required.

No. If I had tickets, I'd go.

Like BSmith, I live right next door. Unlike BSmith, I am not going at all costs. I won't move from my house because there will be too many damn tourists clogging up the city for 6 days.

Yeah - it will be a pain to get around. I fully expect to have to walk home, and maybe even walk there. That is of course if I am not running for the hills!
