is it posible to edit save games?

Im trying the tiny domination strategy with Iro that some1 posted... the only problem is that I forgot to enable domination vic since I Isually I got for conquest... so Im wondering if its possible to edit the save game to enable domination

The Civ3 Multitool includes a save game editor. I don't know if it will do what you want, but you could probably try it.

Could someone upload the new version of Civ3 Multi tool? All links are dead... I have old version but it doesn´t work with Conquest saves. And I know that new version possibly works, becouse I had that last year...
