Is it possible to change your name in mid-game?

I started a game the other day and was doing awesome, headed towards probably my all-time high score, only to realize I had forgotten to change my name from Caeser. I'm assuming there is no way to fix this, but thought I'd check here.

Try Gramphos' Multi Tool. It might be able to do it.

Otherwise, I don't know how. You could probably hack the save file, but that could corrupt your game.

After the game is finished you can edit the name in your highscores.cv3 file in the civ3 directory...it's a plain text file
