I know this question sounds stupid, but apparently I can't run it (invalid add config - I tried flushconfig but no cigar) and I have no idea what to do.
I'm trying the very basic thing of having a leader Image. I have the dds file of it but I have no idea what I'm supposed to do with it. From what I got I need to have a tex file with and build those into an mtl file and then xlp, blp, artdef or something. Are all of this steps even doable without the tool? And if so, is it somewhat easy? I feel like creating a new civ and leader will come to an end for me just because I can't launch their tool.
