is it possible to EDIT multiplayer saved file?

I played with my friend though direct ip connection and AI player ruined my city. we saved the game and were thinking of editing somehow the file... is it possible to edit it in World Builder or anywhere else?

I don't think so, I think WB is generally forbidden for MP games, since one player could cheat, but on the other hand you can say that there's always a way to trick the programme...

What about editing certain settings from the original game? I'm gonna create a separate thread for this, but can you edit the game or the save file to not allow other players to join once the game is in progress?
