Is it possible to use WorldBuilder in Hot Seat?

I think the WB is disabled during MP games...
I never tried, but you might be able to save, load the save up in SP, WB-Edit it, save again and go back to HotSeat... It sounds a bit troublesome tho, and i am not 100% sure if a Hotseat save is really SP compartible... So not sure if it is really worth it...
