is newest 1.17f okay?

We all know the original 1.17f patch (2/15) had a problem with the worng editor being included, and there's an editor download to fix that. The 1.17f patch now available on INFOGRAMES I would think would resolve that problem. HOWEVER, when I download the new 1.17f (today 2/25) it is EXACTLY the same size as the one I downloaded opn 2/15 . . . raising my suspicions. I'm just trying to avoid a problem - does anyone know if the wrong_editor_bug is resolved with the current 1.17f patch??

I just downloaded and installed 1.17 from civfanatics today. Everything is working 'accordingly'. So, assuming the re-install also re-installed the editor, I would say the 'editor' problem has been corrected.
