Is there a list of bugs somewhere?

I have encountered certain bugs that I didn't previously know about, but am not sure whether they've been uncovered over the years. Is there a list of known bugs somewhere (well, other than the Fandom wiki, whose list is hilariously incomplete)? There are a few noted in various chunks of the Apolyton Great Library, but I don't see an overview of bugs as a whole.

Here is a list of errors, probably not all of them, but the most obvious ones

Yeah, I've read that, but it's more of a collection of shady tactics/exploits than a collection of bugs per se, and doesn't spell out what most of the underlying mechanics are. Even then, there are things missing, like ICS (which is an exploit of the Angry -> Happy bug; without that bug it'd be nonviable due to unfixable civil disorder).

In any case, the thing I've found (in my copy of MGE 5.4.0) is that the 17th and further specialists in a city don't seem to do anything - they can't be switched from Entertainer, and don't even provide any luxuries. This makes it pretty pointless to grow a city beyond size 36. Seems pretty major, but I haven't seen anybody talk about it. I suppose it could be something to do with Wine (the Linux utility, not the Civilisation resource), but it seems too high-level.

The bug related to specialists is well-known. I tried to fix it here (item 33), but to avoid breaking overall compatibility with patches, I couldn't do it completely. However, the correlation can be increased further, which is not difficult, for example, 36-52-68, etc.The reason players increased their city without paying attention to specialists is probably because the points a player receives at the end of the game depend on the total number of cities and the population, so larger cities award more points
