Is there a program that changes name of files en masse?

I have 100 jpegs with wacky weird names. I want to change the name of all files in the folder to 1-100. Is there a program or a way to be able to change name of 100 jpegs at the same time by renaming them 1-100?

Googling for "mass renaming" gets you to the Rename Master, which is freeware. I haven't tried it so I don't know how well it works.

I could tell you how to rename them all to nothing Couldn't really help you otherwise though.
