I do agree with you (yellow and red?), but not enough to muck around like that. Also England should be white with red borders, but whatever. It's minor.

The only ones I would change are Greeks and French. They both use blue and white just reversed. One of them has blue as the primary and white for highlights. The other has white for the primary and blue for highlights. It can be confusing sometimes.
