Is there a way to change graphics option in game?

I have been trying to get the graphics options to change after installing a 5670 in my computer today? I tried Alt+O and it's grayed out completely. It seems strange to block these settings, and I was hoping for a different way to change these settings.

Nope, even if you exit to the main menu to change them, you have to restart civ for them to take effect.
