Is there a way to change my civs name manually?

For example I want to change the kingdom of france's name to "French Empire" because I conquered Italy and Spain.

Pressing alt+D should give you option to change it. (But there is already a system for automatic renaming so I don't know if doing that would break it in any way.)

The likely outcome is that the dynamic name module will overwrite your chosen name after a while.

Time to make a new option which disables the dynamic names.
