Is there a way to change religions in worldbuilder?

Does anyone know if there is a way to change the religion for individual cities are following in world builder? Because I've been trying to edit the "Into The Renaissance" scenario to make it more historically accurate with cities already setup but it seems that there is no way for cities to start out following a religion.

This is only possible through LUA, as they did in the scenario you mentioned (in TurnsRemaining.lua).
