Is there a way to recenter the minimap?

I wonder if there is a way to recenter the minimap. Now that I have Cartography, in the minimap I appear in the right border, so some of my cities are in the right of the minimap, but some are in the left, which is a bit uncomfortable.

No, the minimap can't be centered. It's only kind of centered before you discover Cartography because it only shows your surroundings, but the same happens when you discover more land: you get to see what is your place on the complete map.
