Edit the file CityNames_Text.xml

From what I've heard this should be able to be done in game with the next patch.

Whilst I agree with you, the mere thought of opening game files makes some peoples , so ya.

But learning how to is not so bad...use something like notepad++ to open these files. Just remember to save before you change things
