Is there a way to see foreign production?

One thing about civ6 that is so annoying is that even with spies, you can't seelll foreign city production. It would be great if anyone knows an option or a mod that show the city production and science/turn of other civ's cities. I think this is just something I need to learn to live with, but in case there is a way, I thought I'd ask.

At least without mods, you need the highest avalible diplomatic visibility, Top Secret, avalible after Printing is researched, to even see these things.

I've tried that and the advantages from viewing are not worth all the gameplay disadvantages, so I was hoping someone had created a mod.
