Hi,

I want to build a A.I Civ to play against who is a complete warmonger but I want it that you cant converse with him, he can with you saying things like "I am going to destroy you" and such like, so there is no way you can ever make peace with him until you or he is destroyed.

Any help would be apreciated.

I don't think its possible, that would affect all civs, not just one.

Ahh thats a shame, I was hoping to make an alien invasion civ, oh well maybe one day.
