Yeah, as far as I can tell Temple was probably a better diplomat than she was an actor, even though everyone remembers her for the latter. But I'm certainly not recommending she lead America in Civ7.

Being an actor is probably good training for being a diplomate: you'd already be familiar with raging egomaniacs (other actors) and child-like intelligence masquerading as leadership (directors) . . .
