is there any guide how to clear prussian historical victory ?

i could clear well historical goal 1, 2.

but after 2 i can't stop to collapse of country.

this is so hard than england , france :(

is there any guide ?
 
It is much easier in the 600 AD scenario; surrounding cities are much more developed but your neighbours are much less advanced technologically.

As for victory condition 3, build as many research buildings as possible, while setting your cities to produce science and focus on that.

As for stability, that depends on what causes your unstability, you can see that in the economy section.
If it is because of over-expansion, prioritize buildings that provide stability, like Jails and Courthouses, while reducing population on cities outside your core, especially those outside your historical area.
If it is because of unhappiness, you could try with happiness buildings and reducing population outside of your core without whipping or drafting your population, but deliberately assigning their citizens outside of food tiles.
If it is because of bad relations, not sure what to do, maybe trying to stay diplomatically neutral while being nice to your neighbours.

then how many of population would be good ? of foriegn area or foriegn core area
