Wife's birthday at the weekend (+ in-laws + re-installing win 98 on their machine + a recalcitrant internal modem I don't wanna talk about)

Just an update. I have finished most of my turns, but mostly it has been boring moving units around type stuff. I have 4 left to play, but I have to go out tonight on a long standing engagement.
I doubt I'll be able to get to India, but maybe the next player up might. Big risk though. Battleships against Galleons isn't much of a contest.
I'll finish up tomorrow. Don't expect anything spaectacular.

I have NOT completed the last turn. I apologise but I really have ruan right out of time and I didn't want to delay posting for another day. I really am sorry about the standard of this set of turns, but they have been played under extreme circumstances.

Don Diego de Matamoros is embarrassed to report only 3 turns and the incomplete inherited turn have been completed .
I finally got a job (at least for the next 3 months), which starts tomorrow after interviews today and had to sort stuff out, sorry
. Will complete the remainder tomorrow night, the peace turns should be slightly more doable.
Progress: No progress, although I did use one settler Mad-Bax kindly left me to found a city on the Celt isle and claim silks at the start of turn 4, this should help us as WW is horrible - good thing we've only got 2 more war turns to go !
