All was fine! All has gone well.... Us was three.... The card was tiny... I have born a two, there was one.... Well I concluded with it any transactions, favourable offers, etc. I would not know from what suddenly, but this civilization has declared to me war. To put it briefly all was terminated by that I for one course (using railways) have grasped almost all its cities... Remained TWO cities.... One on continent and on one ISLAND. In honour of the world, I have asked for it its city, that on continent... It has given it.... Now I do not know that with it to do.... On island where its city has remained it is impossible to get... Whether Parachuters see constantly unsuccessfully land, whether and armies see can attack from water.... The Nuclear weapon too does not help, in city constantly there is 1 inhabitant....

From what I can tell, it sounds like the last remaining city belonging to that civ is on a one tile island. If this is the case, then you will need to build Marines for their ability to attack enemy land units from ships.

With the Marines, you would be able to attack the units stationed within the city, and then take the city and eliminate the civ.

Marines can be built once you have researched Amphibious Warfare.

If I remember correctly, Berserks can also attack amphibiously.

Someone will correct me, if I'm wrong, of course.
