Ideas:

2 Leaders per era

Ancient: David & Solomon
Middle Ages: ? & ?
Industrial: Theodore Herzl & ?
Modern: Ben-Gurion & Begin

Flag: Magen David (Change Jewish flag to Menorah?)

UU:
Ancient: Maccabee
Middle Ages: No UU, increased Great Merchant rate.
Industrial: No UU, increased Great Scientist and Engineer rate.
Modern: Merkava, IDF

Cultural & Religious resistance bonuses. Cannot use Unkosher resources with no practical value other then food consumption.

If there is anything i have forgotten that is more or less confirmed, just post here to tell me what it is. =)

Agreed this is not a place for a political debate.

And people are not picking 2 leaderheads...of one ancient and one modern. How do i know?

1. We only have 29 votes right now.
2. There are more votes for ancient then Modern, when they should be equal. X_X

BTW with all the moddability involved, we could have multiple leaders couldn't we?

How about 2 leaders per era?

David & Solomon for Ancient
2 Maccabean ones for Medieval
Herzl and someone else for Industrial
and Begin and Gurion for Modern.

What do you think? =)

thats a great idea... hmm, maybe also attach them with civics or something, or governments... like if you have a monarchy, then you would be david, a democracy for Gurion, etc.

I definitely like the idea, but it really just depends on how far you want to take it.

1. There is no more Monarchy or Democracy...just different civic choices.

You can be a Freely Religious Monarch with freedom of speech, enviromentalism and a caste system.

2. Just 2 leaders per era, nothing bad.

Or will we just give Israel certain bonuses, like can only have Judaism as religion...not able to gather pig or any other unkosher resourcse.

Since I keep kashrut myself, I always removed the pig and shellfish resources in Civ III.

Like I said in the other thread, technically you could give Israel mulitple UU's. If we're going to only do 2, then my vote goes for the Maccabee and the Merkavah.

How about Maimonaides as a Leader for Middle Ages?

I know there were no leaders for Middle and Industrial era....but we can instead put famous Jews instead.

Like Herzl and Maimonaides.

Maybe put the Radhanites in as a Middle Age UU? ;p
