It was fun in civ 3 PTW, can it be done here?

I loved the DyP mod for PTW, the extended turn and tech mod, you know the one, where you could discover new techs at every 3 turns or so and would never run out of being able to build new buildings in your cities, no matter how long you played... anyone working on making that mod for civ4?

A lot of mods are being started already. The game has only been out for 2 weeks, so we're still figuring out how to do everything. There will be mods like that eventually, but massive projects take a lot of time, especially for new games.
