But with its recent hijacking of a Manx vessel, will it be able to rally international support, or be condemned as a mere terrorist cell?

The indigenous Japanese, crowded out at home, have launched a full-scale assault on Korea, seizing the mainland at the cost of untold scores of unarmed civilians. While no aggressive action was taken against the island of Jeju, the move was considered an informal declaration of war against the Pan Pacific Defense Corps.

I hence with a heavy heart ask the following: would you be willing to turn a blind eye to a Manx fleet coming in to reclaim the hostages? I will be blitz about it; I do not strive a war between the Isle of Man and Serbia, although I can make considerations. However we are open to suggestion: we support the crackdown on the Society of Friends in fear of how they could inspire anarchist, democrat and other terrorist groups in the Imperium to try and raise heresy. I hence will think on the matter and will sent a peaceful suggestion that the Greeks return my subjects if they wish that the Duchess of Alexandria remains in her residence as oppose to leading a strike force against the Greeks. However I wish peace between us the ultimate aim, so I will consult my advisors on issue so that my divine absolute rule can be met with great wisdom.

You already have a vast colonial empire, stretching across many continents, while Sweden only lays claim overseas to India, Argentina, and Chile, and small portions of South America.
Second, to the Pan Pacific Defense Corps, we request that you not expand too far inland in South America, as to allow for enough provinces for everyone. in return, we will guarantee your claims up to a certain point, and grant you those two contested Chilean provinces.
Finally, to you both, we request that Tierra del Fuego be given to Sweden, as to prevent anu fighting over such a small area. It is also rightfully Argentinian land, and therefore belongs to us.
