Forgive me if this has been asked before - I'm new.
It amazes me that in Civ 4, each leader really seems to have his/her own distinctive personality, moreso than any other game of this type that I've played. And I've even seen that in some of the mods, the new civilizations have personalities just as distinctive and interesting as the 'core' civs.
So my question is, how exactly do you program or otherwise set up a Civ's personality? Is it something with coding, do you just set up a few options, or is it random?
