I think this is a pretty simple civ on how to use it (obviously I'd like to do as man wars as possible to achieve a diplo victory, or if I'm pretty duper super good with my soldiers I could win by dom), but extremely effective

How exactly does the impressment ability on the ship work? At the moment you do the tribute, do you need to have the ship in the production queue? Will it get added to the queue by tributing?
What happens if the ship's tech is not discovered yet and or the ship has gone obsolete? I guess nothing, or can you save up the yields from the tribute before you get the ship's tech?

There’s some dll issues that need to be resolved re: the peace deal code. It could be a while

In hope that this will be finished at some point, some thoughts:

I like how the civ is intended to be played: fight and win many wars, get vassals. Give pledge of protection to all possible city states to get influence, scienece and unit cap.

Some possible pifalls I see on deity: you have basically no long term combat bonus. You have to make use of your early UUs and extra production to start your sbowball.

I love the free unit production based on supply cap. This should scale with game speed. I wonder if it is strong enough. In my estimates it will hardly result in more than 10% free production for military units. Maybe add some bonus unit cap: it could be +1 on the UB and /or +1 on military training buildings.

I also like the UNW with focus on pledge of protect. The unit cap and science it gives is exactly what you need for this play style. But keeping pledges online is very hard on deity. Your early snowball has to work and you always need keep your army maxed. If you fall behind so you can no longer pledge, you could get far over your unit cap and be crippled or forced to disband units. And that in turn makes pleding impossible.
What do you think about making the science scaling with era? Otherwise it would become irrelevent quickly.

on standard it's a potential 32 :c5science: per turn once you have met all the CS, which is pretty considerable. It does drop off as the game progresses, but the other DoP ability of freezing decay gets stronger, so I think it's okay.

This mod is being held up by a semi-functional lua hook. I've submitted a ticket for it to be beefed up, but we'll see what happens.

There is bonus unit cap on the UNW

Well, if it comes online, I will give it a try. Thanks!

Given pdan is busy with his other projects, I post here a download link for whoever wants to test the mod and help checking if everything works as intended, especially the updated code for the UA. :)

Has anyone verified if the +1 delegate and influence steal is working? It did not work in my game, completed a war with war score of 82, didn't gain an additional delegate, didn't steal influence with city states. I ask if anyone has got it working on their playthrough in case its an issue with other mods I use, but in case it is not FAO @jarcast2

I will look into it. I have an idea why it may not work as intended.
