Oh wow that new Crime mod looks interesting. Constabularies and Police Stations will actually be worth building now.
JFD, can I just give you my meager paycheck now while I accept that I live in my parent's basement and play Civ and EU 4 all day? (except they want me to get a better job and move out......) Seriously that looks awesome.
Has anyone played with Austria(Joseph II). Anyone have problem with state school merchant and eng slot?

The PS, when built, actually builds two buildings in your city, rewarding a Scientist and an Engineer. This should only work if you have the latest patch.
Huh? It has been for ages now. Though it's not coming soon (Not even soon)So China split is confirmed now?
One general "issue" I've encountered is that a lot of people might be using mods with outdated DLLs, particularly Civ IV Diplomatic Features. The DLL in that mod was never updated after the last Civ V patch which added CityConstructed. So you get a ton of people complainingXiayour mod doesn't work on Steam. I don't know if this is the issue here, but it's possible. Of course, it's also nothing to be fixed on the mod maker's end.
UPDATE CustomModOptions SET Value=1 WHERE Name='EVENTS_CITY';
Precisely why I ceased support on my Packs that I currently have. Since I made my 'final update' to the Turks, Great Britain, et al., I've had to update them several times. A pack is simply dreadful to me.
However, I am making smaller, era-bound packs, which would at least make it a bit easier for users.

Thing is, Github can be confusing for beginners. Unzip, drag and drop/extract is not as much.
So it's basically More Civs soon?

As it turns out, it seems Greece is automatically delayed by a month each time someone mentions Greece being delayed. Not sure how it happens, but it just does. Must be one of those laws of the universe
