So "universal peace" means NO ONE, including AI (& barbs?), can start a war.
"Declaration of War" means we humans can't attack any other civ (including AI?)

I think you can attack AI barbs, because no declaration is involved.

kenwyn, I guess that the rule is no DoW on AI for the next *infinite* turns!

As for Barbs, they are already at war with everyone, so - like Hercules very well pointed out -there is no declaration of war, so we are within the rules.

I need to be away for the month of August and I have a temp replacement for my game: Rodrigo.

I've played the turn. Next turn could the person before me email him the file so that he can play instead of me? Then he would email the following person.

KenWin, plz see atachment, your ingame name is KoreanKen, so the savefile name equal, but in PBem traker don't accept this savefile name. Is boring have to rename the savefile in every turn.
Please, ingame press alt +D and change your name to Kenwin (the first one)

Hm-m-m, sorry about that. Didn't realize changing name would screw things up. My bad.
No point in loading isp info due to dynamic address of internet service.

Next turn I will change in-game name back to "KenWyn" before upload back to Tracker.
